   Insurance software provider, Canada

   Owns QA governance and the strategic roadmap across several insurance clients, with executive audits, KPI dashboards and reusable Glean AI agents that automate repetitive validation.

2. QA Practice Lead, modernization program

   Major Canadian insurer

   Defined the global test strategy and QA framework, audited vendor deliverables against common standards, and reported to PMO and executive steering committees.

3. QA Practice Lead and Coach, Microsoft Dynamics 365

   Large Canadian financial and insurance institution

   Set the testing strategy and governance for an enterprise Dynamics 365 rollout and coached the vendor team on test plans, defect triage and non-functional testing.

4. Senior Test Lead, SAP S/4HANA modernization

   Major Canadian bank

   Led the testing stream on the client side for a move from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA, including regression approach, entry and exit criteria, and Go/No-Go decisions.

5. Senior Test Lead and QA Lead, retail and payments

   Large Canadian and North American retailers

   Led QA across POS, payment, pharmacy, loyalty and mobile clienteling projects in SAFe teams, with end-to-end transaction testing and SQL and API validation.

6. QA Test Lead and Coordinator

   Canadian retail group and a global healthcare company

   Led an offshore team of 17 testers for multiple retail banners, and delivered a multilingual HR system for a global healthcare company with zero escalations.
